  • Download links remain active for a reasonable period (typically 30 days)

6.2 Download Limits

  • You may download each purchased file a reasonable number of times
  • Excessive downloads may be flagged for abuse
  • If you experience download issues, contact our support team

6.3 File Backup

You are responsible for:

  • Downloading your purchased files promptly
  • Creating backups of downloaded files
  • Storing files securely on your devices

We are not responsible for lost or corrupted files after successful download.

7. License and Usage Rights

7.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

7.2 Restrictions – You May NOT:

  • Remove Copyright: Remove or alter any copyright notices or metadata
  • Upload: Upload to file-sharing platforms, torrent sites, or streaming services
  • Rent or Lease: Rent, lease, or lend the music files

7.3 Ownership

You do not own the music. You only own a license to use it as specified. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with 8 Peher Records and/or the respective artists and copyright holders.

7.4 Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use our music for:

  • Commercial projects (videos, advertisements, films)
  • Public performances
  • Broadcasting
  • Any commercial purpose

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

8.1 Digital Products – No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download has been successfully completed.

8.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided ONLY in the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Payment processed but download link not received
  • Technical error preventing successful download
  • Duplicate charges for the same product
  • File is corrupted or unplayable (after verification by our support team)
  • Product delivered does not match description

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after successful download
  • Inability to download due to user’s internet connection or device issues
  • User error (accidental purchase after download)
  • Loss of downloaded files due to device failure or user negligence

8.3 Refund Process

If eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact us at chaitanya@8peher.in within 48 hours of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will verify your eligibility
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 7 business days (excluding payment gateway charges)
  5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

8.4 Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

8.5 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before the download is completed. Once the download is confirmed by our system, the order cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Logos, trademarks, and branding
